How to improve English listening and speaking together

Listening practice that ends at listening leaves the words passive. Say each line back and the same clip trains comprehension and pronunciation at once.

Play the line with the transcript hidden, then look. The gap between what you heard and what was said is the lesson.
Rewinding is a loop with no exit. After two listens, say the line out loud instead.
Then shadow it at full speed. English listening you can reproduce is listening that stays.
Work with narration first if fast dialogue still loses you.
